Storage & Charging System

This system containsbig raw material storage silo for continuous

production.There is automaticmeasuring system of raw material

weighing, charging and conveying.  After inputting the preset 

datas by the screen, the whole procedurecan be fully automatic

completed  with high efficiency and precision.

This system consist by resin and color dispersing machine, grain mixing machine and mixing & stirring machine.Grain mixing machine is used for mixing the raw material and liquid material. It adopts multiple shafts for cross mixing.  It is mixing evenly with high efficiency, no missing angle.There is hard and wear-resisting material of the wall and bottom, it is easy for cleaning.It help to increases the production efficiency, it also prolongs the using life of the machine,and avoids pollute the raw material.

Mixing & stirring machine is used for mixing the different color mixture, which mixed by grain mixing machine, into multiple color material.Then it is able to making colorful artificial slabs according to the management of the pattern requirements. It adopts satellite mixing structure and spreading feeding structure.

Distribution System

KINGSUN multi-function distribution system is specially designed 

by FOSHAN KINGSUN for our machine’s special feature of the 

loose materials with low resin rate.  It has the characteristics of 

evenly distribution and high efficiency. Low resin rate is able to 

makes it freely distributing for variety new patterns.  All those 

machine parts will touch to raw material had adopt non-pollution 

material, which can effectively prevent pollution.  Also, the special

 design of the distributor can ensure that the original patterns will

 not be effected (it means that we can avoid different pattern from 

what is expected or intended).

Pressing System

KINGSUN III generation press (patent number: ZL 2013 2 0872169.7) is researched and developed by KINGSUN team independently.And we get authorization from the country patent office to make it.In this pressing system, there is an original creation of air forcing way, which over come the disadvantages of the tradition forcing by hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic air cylinders.For example of the uneven pressing pressure and high failure rate.The press structure design is more reasonable and simple, which ensure the using result and reduce the mechanical failure.The press structure is made by one whole casting steel, which is highly increase the mechanical strength and life. This pressing machine designed with a special vacuum tructure, greatly reduce vacuum time.

KINGSUN III generation press is an equipment with high efficiency and energy saving.To ensure rapid molding in the condition of high vacuum and high-frequency vibration, also can effectively ensure that slabs are high flatness,color uniform, high density, high hardness and no air bubble.Press parameters of the pressing machine are adjustable as per different formulas, which can ensure the shortest pressing time and low resin content.After rough slabs was passed into the machine,it will make the slabs automatically: material in→vacuumizing→forcing→vibration→pressure discharge→slabs out.

                                                           Thermal Solidify System

                According to customer’s requirements and their workshop’s length, we offer the below options:

Cooling System

High performance cooling time can last for more than one hour, it  adopt efficient 

cooling technology，which can effectively eliminate  the deformation of the slabs 

caused by changes of stress during  period of cooling.
